Happy Friday everyone!! I’m so excited to talk to you today about the fabulous Whodunit Monochromatic Family. This collection comes with both warm and cool grays that match the warm and cool gray Copic Markers perfectly.

My card today uses the warm side of  the collection. I started by embossing the Stampin Up! music background on [...]

Cupcake, anyone?

Uncategorized 25 February 2010 | 2 Comments

Is anyone in the mood for a cupcake? This one is vanilla. Sorry, no chocolate today, but it does have a cherry on top! Both the cupcake image and the sentiment are from Just For Fun ® Rubber Stamps.

The cupcake is colored with Copic markers on One Sheet Wonder, and the leaves and cherry are layered on top [...]

My 3 Peeps

Today it is my turn to show you some fabulous Jillibean Soup products, and how they work together with our Herb Garden Monochromatic Family.  I had this beautiful photo of my husband and children walking during sunset, and I thought these colors were a great compliment to it.

Do you have Spring Fever yet?  I do!  Months of being cooped up indoors has me longing for spring.  I am especially longing to open the windows, hear the birds, and send the kids outside for a few hours.  That’s why I love this layout from Kimberly so much!  It reminds me of all the things [...]

Elegant Seduction

Designer Projects 18 February 2010 | 7 Comments

For my card this week, I decided to go for the elegant. I chose to use a high contrast combo of reds, black and the deep cream color of the Jenni Bowlin mini paper. The card base is Coquette from the Seduction Monochromatic Family and the circle behind the flower was die cut from the coordinating Pick [...]

Herb Garden!

Collections, Designer Projects 17 February 2010 | 2 Comments

I loved playing around with the Herb Garden Monochromatic cardstock. The colors compliment each other perfectly and are just what I need to make my pages feel more spring like!

I used Cilantro (for the stars) and Parsley (for the flowers). I used a punch, my new best friend, to create the cardstock flowers and stars.
