Genuinely Jane
This month, our design team has the privilege of working with some fabulous Genuinely Jane mini-albums. Genuinely Jane albums are made from wood, which makes them exceptionally versatile and brimming with options for minis, altered items, and even cards.
I received a mini-album in a bracket shape with cut-out cherries on the cover, and I had several ideas for using it, but ended up settling on the theme “Life’s Sweetest Things.” Our “A Girl’s Best Friend” Collection was perfect for this theme, and so I covered several of the pages in these gorgeous metallics. I stained or painted the remainder of the pages. Then I created simple pages, using the Porclain, Mother of Pearl, Onyx, and Black Pearl papers to die-cut all of my embellishments and lettering. The result is elegant and exactly what I was going for. Sometimes it is fun to do something outside of your normal style! I encourage you to get some of the “A Girl’s Best Friend” papers and give it a try. They are the perfect papers for trying something new.

This is wonderful. Love the white titles on the pages.
The very root of your writing whilst appearing agreeable originally, did not really work properly with me after some time. Somewhere within the sentences you managed to make me a believer unfortunately just for a very short while. I however have a problem with your jumps in assumptions and one might do nicely to help fill in all those breaks. In the event you actually can accomplish that, I will certainly be amazed.
I had the Monday doldrums until I read this article. Thanks for helping me slack a little at work!
