Shipping and Delivery

Orders are filled from our Pennsylvania warehouse within 48 ours of receipt during weekdays and by Tuesday if placed on the weekend.

We ship using our preferred carriers UPS and USPS. Shipping is available for customers world wide and when placing your order you have the option of selecting the speed of delivery and service carrier.

Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the error was on the part of Couture Cardstock we will also pay the return shipping costs. If the error is a result of buyer’s remorse or buyer’s error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event merchandise is damaged during shipping, buyers are to photograph the shipping materials and product and contact customer service for problem resolution.
