Shipping and Delivery

Orders are filled from our Pennsylvania warehouse within 48 ours of receipt during weekdays and by Tuesday if placed on the weekend.

We ship using our preferred carrier UPS. Couture Cardstock offers flat rate shipping of $4.99 anywhere within the continental United States. For those valued customers who are interested in purchasing Couture Cardstock products outside of this area, please contact customer service at wtartaglia@couturecardstock.com for a shipping quote.

Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the error was on the part of Couture Cardstock we will also pay the return shipping costs. If the error is a result of buyer’s remorse or buyer’s error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event merchandise is damaged during shipping, buyers are to photograph the shipping materials and product and contact customer service for problem resolution.

Whole Sale Inquiries

We are immediately capable of fulfilling wholesale orders of any size. We have no minimum order and would be delighted to speak with you as to how our product line may best serve your needs.
